Office Infrastructure and SVP of the company at Noida office

Dislikes

This is an honest review. The management is very humble and polite yet lacks trust and respect to employees. What i dislike is that the management only trust one person who is working in finance and she molds the policy as per the relationship she has with the employees. It doesn't matter how you perform in this firm, all it mattersis how your relationships are with her. This is the sad reality of working with DSCI. The SVP is excellent human being but doesn't have his own voice infront of her. Infact. She just plays politics and no one reacts. I have good relationships with other but left only because of her. She has maintained unhealthy environment....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
