Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

In terms of management/benefits/work culture are terrible pathetic and worst. They will make you work in Sundays and even on national holidays. No policy and ethics. Can deduct your salary even if you have CL/EL remaining. I worked in Coding section , the manager was so pathetic and ill-minded as well as no basic sense on how to talk with your fellow colleagues. Immense work pressure and the money they are paying is like they are commiserate to someone and as bad as the language from the managements also, you can"t even guess what is waiting , at the time of interview. My advice is don"t go or suggest this Datacore systems to anyone, ever. If you have CPC certification and want growth in Medical coding field, better join Sunknowledge / Medfin / Cognizant or go to Chennai/ Hyderabad. Appraisal ?? There nothing exist like that thing. Infact they made a lot of senior employees to resign by force saying they don't need manpower.. Politics is in worst level. No work-life balance. Never join this pathetic company first of all. i worked in medical coding process and experience is horrible. the LADY manager will make you hate yourself and make one frustrated enough to leave the job. HR is just a puppet. no backbone. no benefits and pathetic salary for 2 years. no hike. you have to work on Sundays just because of the manager lady and unnecessary overtime, with NO EXTRA PAYS. overall colleagues were very nice. got some of the good people.. they were friends and not colleagues in actual....Read More

There senior associates were helpful, albeit a little narcissistic. The exit interview was conducted with utmost grace and poise.

Dislikes

The management has serious trust issues. They look down upon differently-abled and special needs employees. The staff is extremely sexist and hypocritical. There is no work- life balance. They pay is substandard and they behave as though they are doing their employees a favor by providing them with a job and salary.

I like the environment of the office . Its like a family all the colleagues . Good behaviour everyone seniors and all the juniors . The management was also good.

Dislikes

The career growths are not good because some the colleagues are working over last 12 to 15 years and they cannot get any position in the organisation. The appraisal was also not good.

I am working in datacore since April 1st 2016 to November 28th 2018 . I was working there free mind and all my seniors are very helpful . So like this company and future in any case I got chance in this company I will definitely join
