Toxic work culture No benefits 12-14 HOURS OF WORK POLITICS AT ITS PEAK Senior research analysts Akansha Sharma of chemical and material CMFE team is the worst. She creates toxic environment and bully freshers and do lots of politics. Varun Juyal manager is the worst manager.

Worst place for work, no work life balance have to work at night till 2 -3 , no apparitions from managers, Worst culture in office, Worst management rules only applicable where company benefit is there otherwise nothing applicable which written in offer letter, they just do the fraud name of package.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
