I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

When I was working there at that time due tovaradha strom many loss i relieved from the company. But now I have been working as a site engineer in bangalore.If I get the job I will work and cooperate with the company
