Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.Company policies are good.they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is interesting.Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.l learnt everything on the job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Total politics, Darshan sir is owner of this company, he has value of everything but others doesn't which are there at high position. They all are his friends from long time. Company has good market....zero growth for bachelors and degree holder. Just to get knowledge about computers and some lab machines you can work.

Playing monopoly, no private company. Doesn't have any licence.

I am a trany QA assistant in Darshan chemicals. I am a part of QA Department I have per month salary is12000. All over the company environment is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but grewth is very slow. Manager do not value an individual unique strength and employee they does not give training setp by step or proper. They does not give a chance to show talents.
