Nothing is to like about this place.

Dislikes

The work place is terrible,no proper system of managing work, students and parents grumble n leave the school. The work ethic is pathetic. Salary is never on time. Very unprofessional. Work load is just dumped on any one at any time. It's the worst and last place for a teacher and a student be there in a name of school.

Darshan Academy is basically revolves around the spiritual education, thats a benefit in today's scenario, students have a meditation time daily.Talking about work culture its stressful. They have a system of regular appraisals, and workshops internal and external ,so you have to stay out for 3 days or less .Politics is a part of every institute so is here.Other things are fine .Salary is based on grading system ....Read More
