Good work cultural and we did achieve by making the company world's largest bio dynamic Tea Estate.

Dislikes

In Later days of my tenure the work culture started to detoriate. They started to implement more on theoretical approach rather than practical approach which is must in Organic Agricultural farming.

Company is good. Employees are very much supportive. Work pressure is high due to its quality requirement. Good facilities are provided for employees.

Dislikes

No technology development in factories. Very hard to convince upper head team to bring new technologies. 90% of work is manual process. No R&D unit.

Factory Head responsible for quality, quantity, costing of Production, mandays deployment and handling, vehicle management for transportation of product from factory to warehouse, Maintenance of whole factory machinery and mini hydro projects.
