Dislikes

Some of the employees present themselves as a Superior of all and misguide the top most authorities, never appreciate their juniors For their hard work and dedication because they feel insecure because of lack of knowledge and they want to rule on them. In other words, authority is given to those people who don't have the knowledge of work in IT industry.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
