This company is a trap.. do not joint this company.. be jobless but I repeat DO NOT JOIN DARASHAW.. they will make you sigh a legal contract by showing you rosy pictures of giving you yearly fix increment and bonuses (HR does a really great job here).. BUT there will be a breach amount(PENALTY) which will be your minimum 6momths of salary that you will have to pay. The seniors or HOD acts like the owner of the company where they don't empathise and have a huge ego.. they will take each and every things very personally and can hold a grudge against you if you don't act like one of them. The 3-year bond with a penalty of INR 2,25,000 is downright exploitative, leaving employees trapped and helpless. I've even verified with an ex-employee who endured this for three years and faced immense pressure from HR. Such behavior is unprofessional and deceitful.
