Joining danone protinex was biggest mistake of my life, today all products are degrowing. Danone in India is in miserable condition.Head office people always having the fun, full pressure on bottom line sales team and nutrition advisors. Earlier Danone already closed down it's dairy business in India. Nutrition business may be soonfollows. Management people not confident about the future, even after 8 years in India. Management is afraid to disclose the turnover. HR is very bad, HR dept is not transparent. HR will only follow the instructions from Area Nutrition Managers. Area Nutrition managers will always give job threat to Nutrition advisors.100 percent Head Quarters have fake sales base. You will be given huge targets every month.Area managers will pressurise Nutrition Advisor to spend the salary in achieving the monthly budget.If Nutrition advisors are not cooperating they Area Managers will asks them for immediate resignation or threat for transfers to remote locations. finally Nutrition advisors are resigning. You can always find Nutrition Advisors vacancies in all the divisions of Danone , throughout India. If you really want to work in Nutrition better join companies like Nestle , RB . Danone is only MNC by name, system followed in danone is worst then traditional Indian propaganda company. nutrition advisors expenses will never be approved by managers . Nutrition advisors expense will always takes 2 to 3 months.Nobody responds on phone or email.Nutrition advisors are just treated like third party staff. Only thing I liked is danone India gives good hike in salary package.but it's a trap you will be caught and nutrition advisors join just looking at good salary. But after joining all problem starts, and once facing all difficulties and lot of politics you will start looking for job opportunities outside danone

Work Details

Horrible , stressful, sleepless nights, once you leave danone they will not do your full and final settlement , just MNC by name. Never receive expense on time, don't wonder if HO Admin loose your expense by mistake and you will be asked again to courier
