If we rate job security it is in minus...if some one would like to join he need to think 1000 time... HR follow only one policy in each department that is hire and fire which is not in line with Indian laws.. Company will fire any one as per boss wish. Strength of people reduced from 1200 to 500 in three years.. Company even firedtop management as well.. no ones job is secured here. Only selected people will get appraisal....Read More
