just my suggestion if you want to come on road with your family you can join dangote because they can terminate anytime without reason worst management and worst work culture you must do 12 hrs duty they don't have pity on employee

Sometimes they select Idiots to handle vital positions. For example they selected a GM Transport @ Dangote Zambia, who has a background of managing security in a hotel, and once these idiots joins Dangote they do all things to just hang on to the job so that their salaries keep flowing in. and why should a ex army personnel should be selected as they are already getting a hefty pension and other benefits....Read More
