Opportunities and the exposure to different global teams are great in Danfoss. If you can grab the opportunities in the right way. Then you will have a very fast growing career in here. Work-life balance is also an additional positive for Danfoss.

Dislikes

You get to work with Functional leads from outside India and most of the time you will get a lot of disturbances from your local (administrative) boss which will annoy you and doesn't allow you to work smoothly. However, if you learn how to manage this, then no one can disturb you.

Work Details

It was a great start for me in Danfoss to begin my career in Engineering team. I had a good learning starting from products to managing projects and working with cross functional teams across different locations in the world.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

No Job security, so vision for India, no body knows why the company running, very few products gets manufactured, lot of politics, Chennai, do not want any other outsider to settle down, overall no growth, no feature for the Danfoss India Itself.

Dislikes

Politics, No promotion, Engineer will be working as Engineer for 10 Years, location oragadam, wrong people as Directors , no Design knowledge directors are in R&D spoiled everything, All the Facilities provided by the company is changed huge amount.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
