Hierarchy bypass is a common thing. Most unfortunate is that the manager is not informed by keeping in loop. This can lead to disturbing company culture and lot of internal politics. Information is flown esp. about people based on be emotions and not data or details. Lot of chances of biasing can happen. Individual performers are outperforming team performance .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high due to integration with Dana system.

I'm engineer in purchasing and looking after of direct material forging machined components development and resourcing/dual sourcing along with day to day works of purchase department with arround 50+ internal customers and external suppliers.
