Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Damac is a terrible company to work with, the higher management OR so called the HR doesn't have any guidline, they just recruit & fire withour thinking any impact on the employees. I strongly recommend not to work with Damac OR any of it's company.

Damac is a terrible terrible company to work with, there is on HR policy, you are being used and through without any explanation. in spite of me working for his personal villa in palm for 24X7 for 3 years and he saw how we work hard he was very bad with us. I strongly recommend any body not to work with Damac Properties or any of its associates company.
