If you are ready to work without salary then this is the right place for you. No Salary, No DA. No support from Company management. Two persons are there Manu paroch and Alok Srivastava. Both are looting the group and making money. Every month the appoint new person and giving them High target (base less target) and people unable toachieve the targets and no support from Company not even a poster or any catalogue from them. And they ask you to appoint distributor on advance payment. But some How if you appoint any SS, or distributor then they will not send stocks to then before 25-30 days even after getting payment in advance....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
