Company benefits and overall employee benefits is good

Work like balance is hectic , terrible experience till working, we are not software engineers but we do have reports like software engineers everyday, everyday meetings concalls Totally hectic, there is no meaning that we are technical support or sales man or software engineers or poorter . Worlde like pressure cookers till last day .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
