Every company has its own pros and cons. The best part of my company is that it provide us good exposure like no body else. My company has good work culture and allows employees to work freely also there is support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
