Operation is one of the very challenging job to coordinate with all others departments like Editorial, Finance, Advertisement, Production, Supply chain etc as well as market of distribution network.

Dislikes

All are good except salary part as per job profile.

Operation is one of the challenging job in print media.75% my job profile is sales ( Circulation ) & distribution through agency network & 25% is coordination work with other departments. Experience is very good.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The given job role was very challenging but i enjoyed a lot. It was a kinda experience.

I worked there as an intern in the sales and marketing department, in the starting we were promised for a certain amount of money as stipend, later they changed it and made it percentage cut of the total sales revenue that we'd made. But they showed very unethical and unprofessional attitude and ignored us as we never worked for them, their attitude towards their customers was also very disappointing. We the interns faced so many types of difficulties even for our internship certificates. Sorry to say that nut the HR Mr. Nityanand is very arrogant and egoist man, and Mr. K.P. Singh sir is very soft spoken but very money minded man,his only target is to increase the numbers of customers but in the name of customer service, his attitude was very pathetic.there was a guy named "Kartik" he was the only guy who was working really honestly and was giving his 100%, but they handled him very badly. its nice place to work. teammates are good and training also. but job security is very poor. career growth is not excellent its average. salary/appraisal are also not good its below average. actually major problem is that when you need leave your boss not getting permission.
