The company culture has been so good, it is difficult to even consider a change after spending 2 years working at DTICI. The work has been very satisfying for a research- minded person like myself, where you're provided with the freedom yo experiment & spend time on innovation. The benefits are also industry leading but not comparable to the Data Analytics in BFSI sector.

Dislikes

Unlike other geographies working with the North American Business requires for the teams to be working at evening times for centain meetings which can be challenging at times. The appraisal and promotions also take longer since it is a product company.

No growth opportunities. No onsite Low salary compared to market standards. Typical indian managers and cheap cost reduction methods. Managers get benz to enjoy and employees struggle in terms of work life balance, salary, promotion etc
