Management is really worst. Managers identify their PERKS based on Language or Place. For appreciation highlight the efforts of other team members in the name their PERKS. Then obviously Hikes and promotions are reserved only for the PERKS OF MANAGERS. Non-Karnataka MANAGERS are the main culprits who are troubling Local Employees (Karnataka people) But sad thing is Germany counter parts are good.

The company culture has been so good, it is difficult to even consider a change after spending 2 years working at DTICI. The work has been very satisfying for a research- minded person like myself, where you're provided with the freedom yo experiment & spend time on innovation. The benefits are also industry leading but not comparable to the Data Analytics in BFSI sector.

Unlike other geographies working with the North American Business requires for the teams to be working at evening times for centain meetings which can be challenging at times. The appraisal and promotions also take longer since it is a product company.
