Manager dicision making is not correct always because he is having own dicision and diverting team to site.Better yearly once higher officer has to discuss with Applied team about our difficulty. Giving more pressure on daily basis without reason. Every one service is more pressure because we have to satisfied customer and Manager, we are in middle of position, not take any dicision.

Internal teams are very worst quality strands are not followed. If you know Hindi you are safer side other wise. They think you are slave not even consider as employee. Company is name only japanese completely different culture They followed
