Only The best thinks if you are Hajipur & Patna if u want to work near to home, so work it outer wise no best thinks. Timely Payment like 28-5 of the next month.

Yearly salary increment only 5% , No Promotion, Sunday depend on your incharge . Also Some case L&T HO(Channai) vs JV ( Daewoo) . LT staff increment Promotion & JV have no promotion .

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. There is gaming arcade and gym for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
