One of the Worst company I have ever worked, Company owners call anytime even in mid night and ask why sale is low, company owner is interfering in each and every thing, they are not following hierarchy, they are giving fake promises, cutting the staff salaries without any reason, no work life balance, no sense of leaves because they are not giving leaves, no personal life, company sales manager (GURJEET KAUR, 12th pass) is doing each and everything like company sales manager is cluster manager also and she don't know how to talk with there staffs, each and every time shouting without any reason, no appraisal, she praise only those who roam around her only, she is destroying the company, and because of her many staffs left Da Milano Overall experience is worst I'll suggest not to join Da Milano in life.....Read More

The company lacks in work ethics and work life balance, expect employees to prioritise their demands above all else. The store manager role is treated as a sales executive position with no decision making and added responsibility of counting of inventory everyday and making files instead of computerising it. The excessive reporting and operational tasks are unnecessary and overwhelming, especially with insufficient staff.(I have only 2 sales executives with me at the store). The unrealistic expectation of 100% footfall conversion, falsely claimed to be 70%, is unattainable. They want a sales driven individual than a strategic manager. The management is arrogant and unapproachable, never listen to their store managers. They just want to hire people who are needy and cant leave the job and work like a labour to them. Salaries are very nominal and push the executive to do and die for incentives....Read More
