Worst in terms of job security. Employees are asked to go at anytime out of grudge or no reason. Highly unprofessionalism of management. No efforts towards employees engagement by management. No training sessions even when required. No work life balance. Appraisal are for the namesake.No appreciation for the work. High attrition rate. No employee benefits option. Employees are not trusted with more work as management and seniors of the organisation constantly feel that employees may leave at anytime and the training given would go waste.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Only One which I felt is its location which is in Whitefield..which is has traffic zone area hence travelling was difficult.
