Culture - 1. Severe lack of professionalism 2. No work life balance, Period. You will work and go home to sleep 3. CEO and PMs scold their own employees in front of clients and use them as scapegoats to hide deeper organisational issues 4. PMs lack understanding of the product and manage projects like cattle. They will simply ask you to get things done with understanding the feasibility or complexity of tasks 5. Not safe for women, several female employees have lodged complaints against PM for passing sexu@l remarks, suggesting inappropriate things Remuneration- 1. Appraisals are provided only to employees who are willing to sign a bond of 1 year otherwise no appraisals 2. Salaries are consistently delayed by 15-20 days every month and sometimes 3 months at a stretch , no kidding- check with the employees working there Management- 1. Incompetent and delusional 2. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
