Working at Cyntexa has been an unexpectedly wonderful experience for me. I've always been passionate about creating reels and shooting content, and at Cyntexa, It's been 5 months as Social Media Executive here and I found the perfect opportunity and freedom to bring my ideas to life. Not only have I had the chance to work on my passion for creating content, but I've also been surrounded by a team that encourages growth and innovation. The collaborative atmosphere here has allowed me to bounce ideas off of my colleagues and learn from their expertise. One month right after my joining I met Shrey Sir and he is epitome of Knowledge and his wisdom is going to stay with me lifetime. It's been 3 years since i started working as a developer at Cyntexa, The work enviornment, the way off working, the people who work here, all are very good. Only Learning phase is good inside cyntexa

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

They only keep teaching I was in company for 3 months and made me study Salesforce admin then I was made to study service now then I had to give assignment also being a girl in cyntexa is the worst thing as they don't give you personal space and want to check your devices.

I like the flexible timings over here, i can come anytime. Environment is good and chill. I learned a lot. My team is very good and helpful. Everyday I am learning new skills and software (some names are never heard before).

CYNTEXA internal policies are always making employees life difficult and they have worst senior resources and expects 6 months trainee to get cleared for 5 years jobs role at client and different projects
