Appraisal is slightly should be better, work is totally depends on customer's projects so there is always red sign for job security.

Dislikes

Never join this organisation. Associate Separation policy is not at all good. HR don't release employee even if they want to. Have to serve entire notice period. Clients and overall management policies are not good. Client suddenly fires from the project. No security. Culture is not user friendly. Many negative things internally which makes bad environment.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Office is good in summer day's because of AC, as Cyient shifted to new location AP81, so infrastructure is good here.

Dislikes

There is no proper communication from HR and Management to their employees regarding appraisals and all. There is no extra curricular activities, no team engagement programme, only you have to come office daily at time and satisfy customer and management by giving proper billing of 9 hours.

Such a nice organization. you can learn many things at cyient. Many tech talks for skill-up and well being sessions & finance guidance sessions & HR Events/Fun at Work and Employee care, Cyient Provides Skill up trainings in various technologies by the Industry Experts like AI, Data science etc. Good Work Life balance. Office transport provided with minimal charges. Customer/Client base is very good in Engineering Services Development. Certified with Great Work Place. Cafeteria and Park & Indoor, Out Door Games. Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). They conduct multiple awareness programs and they offer certifications which can be claim via reimbursement.

Dislikes

They care more about the revenue and some employees had to cancel their end year leaves and had to work on the year end vacation which usually people would not be doing.

offshore managers asusaual thinks employees as working machine, They never know your skills, expertise. All they want is billing hours, so they will engage in whatever work at present they have in hand. Poor managers!!!
