On time salary_ I know great companies pay on time. But this is the only great thing I can write about.

A very insensitive Hr culture. Below average hr workforce, seemingly unqualified and pathetic. As an employee, you can never get a listening ear.There were instances where most of us doubted the sanity of the Hr managers, senior managers and higher ups. These people have been there for decades. Probably they cannot go anywhere else;they will remain unemplyed if they leave Cyient.And I have tried to be as objective as possible in my comments. In advanced countries such people can be easily arrested and prosecuted for harassment but in India they roam scott free and earn their monthly salaries. Shame....Read More

Work Details

It was very hectic. I worked on weekends, but you can't thrive if you can't do politics.It is only politics.There is no encouragement or nurturing if you just do your job or work hard. This is blunt, I know, but fact. Marketing department.
