Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). Never join this organisation. Associate Separation policy is not at all good. HR don't release employee even if they want to. Have to serve entire notice period. Clients and overall management policies are not good. Client suddenly fires from the project. No security. Culture is not user friendly. Many negative things internally which makes bad environment.
