The campus environment is pleasant except that nothing is pleasant. There is no proper pay and managers don't even know how to manage. Cyient is not supporting sangpung in this outbreak of corina viruses. The budget thing it feels to have done oud implementing WFH

In my one year at cyient I didn't find anything I like about it.

Compensation and benefits - very low compensation for what you work, especially as a fresher I'm taking home 18k(first 6 months it was 15k) per month but I'm working more than 12hrs a day. And never ever expect any benifits from cyient. No work-life ballance as you are always forced to extend your working hours. Forget week offs too, and don't expect any OT's(you will be given comp offs which you will be never approved for usage.) Work satisfaction- I'm not at all satisfied with what I'm doing! My work is in check team(Quality check) and I'm doing no QC, from past few moths I was only to download PDF files from SAP and keep them in our source folders on which other experienced QC people in our team will be working. After the QC is done my working is to deliver them to designer. I also do some processing work in PDM to get the creo dwgs relased in PDM. Simply saying they are just using me to do all the process related work which the seniors professionals resist to do.
