Too much work pressure Too much company politics No growth No job security Even a 12th pass can do this job not a big deal

The company doesn’t respect its employees There is a lot of politics and the management is not at all friendly Career growth is nil even a 12th pass candidate can do this job. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
