I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally). My team was very good. My colleagues were very helpful and cooperative. My department head gave me a lot of opportunity to boost up my knowledge.

Dislikes

Too much inter department and intra department politics. Higher authority always spying what you are doing instead of think progressive. Many employees left because of they were pressurised to work in internal projects which have no future. Non technical person teach a technical person how to do technical things. There are no flexible working time. You have to stay after office time. Illegal termination happens frequently. Poor management. Increment of salary is very low. Contractual employees are getting salary not before 15th day of the month., even they are not getting pay slip. They do not provide hard copy of payslip, incremental letter, medical facilities. Final settlement will take 45 days after last working day(one kind of harassment) . Maximum projects are failed because of poor management. They do not give nominal value of an employee. Salary structure is very poor for GIS and freshers. Pathetic experience indeed. Join this company, feels like imprisonment. Work pressure is unduely huge, so work-life balance is good. Also, there are cultural program which gives scope to employees to showcase their hidden talents.

Salary structure not up to current market standard. Appraisal is dependent on the rapport between the employee and his/her reporting head, not the employee's strengths/efforts given at work.
