Working here for last 2 years, team members are helpful, Mr Paresh Sir & Dip Sir are my reporting persons, they are polite, professional, and helpful. On-time salary, the hike is decent, a lot of things I learnt during my small tenure, get opportunities to work with big responsibilities. Most of the management people are working here more than 15 years

Good company to work with, it's a GIS based software company, hence, mainly in house digital marketing job. the entire team is helpful and management is good to work with. Here you will get exposure to work with new technology and they accept new ideas to implement in the marketing domain. Always on time salary, no fire in the pandemic.

1. On time Salary 2. Nothing else (You will be so busy handling the micromanagement from the Team leader and Project manager that you will forget about what you like or not)

I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally).
