office location was great

One of the worst office environment. the CEO has zero technical knowledge, is very abusive, gives fake threats, extremally arrogant and has no logic in technical work. All his managers are total bootlicker, especially the VP. Office staff has reduced over time due to this kind of behavior, nano management and company policy form 300 plus to under 60.

Micromanagement, All department head behaves likes arrogantly, too much attitude,use slang, if you buttering and oiling your department head you can stay here long time. No job security. Maximum people join and left with in 6 months ternature. Looking for new opportunity immediately.

Job security is the biggest concern. Think twice before join. No people stays more than a year. No salary hike on time, HR policies are joke here. Department heads decide what HR will do with you. No long term stable projects. Toxic environment and work culture.

I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally). I joined as a fresher. As per my experience work environment is very good. Get salary on time. Great opportunities to learn new technologies. Also my team manager, team leads and project manager and others teammates are very friendly and supportive.
