Working in cybage is fun. First for those who is tech freak you might get a chance in a project which is very challenging. Personally i hv learn many things and still learning. Other than work.. its like second family. If you come here you will regret leaving this company later on because of the bonds that you will make. Appraisals depends on various factors bit compared to some big guns in industry it is still very good. Work environment is very chill.. you joke, you work. A very independent way of working. Food prices are very high in cafeteria due to digitalized currency. Which impacts a lot. There is no work from home policies. No gymnasium though it provide discounts in some reputated gyms. Otherthan that its a great place to work

Learning experience is good.Many HR activities, however the work-life balance is not maintained due to restricted work timings, less number of leaves, etc.

Dislikes

The appraisal depends on the first year ranking, if an employee get a bad rating in the first year, how good he/she performs in later years will be averaged out only, which I suffered during my tenure in Cybage. Hope that is now changed and taken care. Also, for a QA resource, in most of the projects he/she will be reporting directly to a development manager only who will not be the right person to judge a QA activity....Read More
