Dislikes

Managers feels like they are the owners of cybage those who are working since long. Complete partiality in appraisal. No laptops or workstation is provided for WFH If you have to WFH they will deduct LTA which 15% of your salary

If you are looking for technical growth, cybage is the company for you. But if you are looking for Work life balance, definetly NOOOOO.

Dislikes

There are many things, 1. 8 hours daily average in office policy. 2. If you are partially billable in the project, let's consider 50% then in this COVID situation if you are working from home then only half day salary if to be given for one day. 3. If you are non-billable resource, then you are not allowed to work from home in any situation. Believe me when I am saying "Any Situation" this really means "Any Situation" 4. In second lockdown of Pune, some peoples are said that they can work from home but it it needs to be considered or not, that decision will take. 5. In second lockdown, resources are said to go on furlogh (temporary layoff). That means only half salary would be given....Read More
