Overall I work with CXC infotech for 1year . I had very average support from management . The massive changes after 3 months in being their as you have to work for different different processes didn't cleared what to do or where to concentrate and their no clarification from your manager either you work good or not . Nothing can be came to discussions between you and your team leader. Just sudden responsibility comes and you have to deal with them without guidence. I am writing this feedback after giving my 15 months of this company and totally disappointed when I serve resign and got knew that company runs different resignation policy for every employee. Some employees need to serve 30 days of notice period and some employees can serve 15 days notice period or some can be done instant FNF, its totally depend on management. Most important thing is we Employees are not updated for this policy. When I ask to management about this they behave so rood to me.
