Sad there is so much to learn but no one focus on work including boss too. Salary hike is in ur hand if u keep boss happy by buttering him nicely. Important skill to survive here and oversmartness is also must. Anyone less then oversmartness won't be appreciate here. And no place for u.

Dislikes

There is only one boss, ignore other directors totally. Its a propriter firm in the name of company. Boss has no corporate knowledge and so company very dysfunctional. No system, no policy, bad work ethics & culture. Whole co runs as the boss say. Ignore ur manager and other directors also. No job security. For Cost cutting, immediately fire from job with no notice or compensation. So many legal cases booked against co. Also if someone else is better in buttering then u do (knowledge dont matter), they can also influence the boss to fire u out. Lol. Long work hours but hard work not noticed. Extreme politics where bosses also are actively particiates and enjoy. no team spirit, so poor performance so poor result. No mental peace. Terrible or oversmart ppl can survive here. Every good employees i saw in my presence, they leave soon....Read More
