Good people initially
Dislikes
All employees left the company due to illegal fraud activities and very poor treatment of people.
Founders don't do any work except be authoritative and micro-manage.
One founder is not available and with no real contribution. Probably doesn't like dealing with other 2 founders.
One founder is with no logical sense. Doesn't take anyownership always points fingers at others. And keeps threatening employees.
The product built doesn't solve customers problem due to lack of vison and laziness of this founder.
One founder keeps selling false made up narratives. Other 2 founders hide behind him.
Together, they didn't pay salaries, PF, TDS of many employees.
They treat customers poorly, freelancers they hire and not pay.
They prey on freshers, desperate job seekers and torture them.
They called everyone for work from office. And people came from their hometown. And 2 months later they fired people because they can't financially plan....Read More
