Dislikes

Better you join them with 2-3years hike already. They not gonna give you increment or promotion. 3-4% hike will be given at maximum which is half of the inflation rate. They will charge 2-3times of your salary to the client still not gonna give hike.

Work life balance could be managed better and letting us engage in additional fun activities outside work twice a year would bring more connection with other project team members.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
