Dislikes

There are lots of politics in Pune region. In Cushman I observed the same person ate repeating after 3-4 yrs and again recruiting our team again my suggestion is that the top management team must think twice and not allow such people to repeat in company.

Work Details

I am in defences back ground and very hard working and punctual about work. I got a chance to delivery big project like Dautcsh bank HSBC Redhat and many more. I learnt everything but due local politics. I have quoted the job.

The work culture inside C&W is excellent. Recently when the entire globe was struggling with COVID pandemic and many companies were laying off their employees, I found C&W is one of the best company wherein minimum lay off was observed.

Dislikes

More job specific training, seminar from external SME need to be arranged. Travel policies need to be revised considering current market situations.

Work Details

Currently I am working as Project Leader wherein we have to often travel to remote locations where daily travelling becomes a challenge and also the good quality food is not possible if you are not having home made food with you. Challenging

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
