The co. really looks after the employees and their well being. The co. policies are really flexible making and pro employees.

Th work culture is really toxic sometimes which affects work life balance. Management tries to overachieve the target making the team work on weekends and public holidays. The management is supportive only towards certain set of people while constant career growth is defined only for few selected ones leading to very high attritionrate.
