Local management utilised this situation to laid of me inspite of very good yearly performance review citing non availability of work front and my age. Many other team members were also forcefully laid off without following the existing HR policies of the organisation.

Dislikes

The way local management compelled team members to put their resignation within few hours notice. HR policies are very good on paper but the same didn't followed by local management & HR team

from C&W HR team is not good, they deducted 20-Thousands from my FNF, in the name of my parents' medical benefit, as HR should be taking acknowledgment from employee for deduction of any amount of employee. if some Join in Sep month, then policy should be renewed in Sep. i have resign in Aug then why HR deducted 20 thousand from my FNF.

I advice not to join if you don't wana work like donkey, Company culture special gurgaon region is just like slum,everyone one just want to get achieve target,they don't think about employees either u r working with them or u r ex employee, they have no ethics and work culture just a big name bubble. Make fake promises to customers and after getting work target there own employees by just blame game..if you just want name with any ambition and expectations you can join..you will not get any benefit after joining financial or personal.....Read More
