Likes

Nothing to like about this company. It's a wastage of time & energy. They treat you as their slave & yes beware of CMD, MD & MD's wife. Think 100 times before joining this company.

Dislikes

Very less to learn. No upcoming projects. All they do is make fake promises. All they do is just update their policies. They call them as a corporate company but in actual it's just a lala company.

Bad Company . Wish I could get 0 star. No Upcoming projects ! They don’t treat employees like their own . CMD Pawan is the main leader . They don’t pay salaries gratituty and don’t make payment to their vendors too. All illegal activities are carried out in the company and under leadership of CMD. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
