There is nothing positive post covid

Dislikes

Only 1 manager for eevery kitchen u need to stay there whole day .. No specific timings just come home to fresh up.. Forget that u have a family...even on week off whole day u need to stay on calls if u don't attend calls u will get an esclation mail..worst company

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
