Its a proprietor firm so don't expect much from them..work culture is worst and also you will get nothing when you left the company not your salary of last month.

Dislikes

This firm do not value their employees. Dont have insurance policy ,dont have leave policies also HR policies they called they have also manipulated by them as per their own convenience.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
