As a fresher, you can learn under guidance of vary talented and good team leaders and team members are also friendly and of helping nature. Salaries do get on time and hikes are also good.

There is no excited work and what you have to do is just fix some minor issues over and over again. No agile methodology or any other workflow available. It's like you working in a family. Even you are assigned for a particular role, you end up doing any work which is not even your domain sometimes. If as a fresher you need to learn about professionalism and work culture then please don't join.

Stupid ethics and policy training each month CEO is chasing another product while neglecting people/ product which is current bread winner for organisation. Pune MD is bit old and from commerce background. Doesn’t invest in tech and tools. Gets easily angry for minute things. Like he scolded people who put photo of themselves in front of company logo on linkedin ( which is normal i guess many people do) and people who joined late in meeting in front of everyone.
