The culture is really great. The company looks after its employees really well. All the policies are prepared keeping the employees well being at front. Flexible work timings give us good opportunity for us to make a healthy work life balance. Good colleagues to work with who are equally involved and motivated with their work.

Millennials are often motivated with bonus and challenging work role. Pay for performance is what many young employees might look for.
