You will not have any personal space or life if you work in this company. The company higher authorities, the team leaders and the managers expect you to work 7 days a week. They blackmail saying incase the target is not met they will mark you absent or deduct the stipend or salary.
Dislikes
The work culture is very bad. The higher authorities blackmail saying if the target is not met they will reduce the stipend. The pay is horrible for the work you are made to do. They don’t process the salary and incentives on time at all. The management is very poor.
